Arts Alive! is an all volunteer organization that raises funds to support the visual, literary, and performing artists on the Enumclaw Plateau.
Auburn Arts Commission
The city of Auburn Arts Commission’s BRAVO! series features a mix of dance, music and theater, performed by international, national and regional performing arts groups. Popular theater performances have included Imago Theatre’s Frogz and Eastside Musical Theatre’s Evita. BRAVO! Kids, a series of Saturday matinees tailored to young audiences, features music, magic, theater and more.
Fun fact: The city of Auburn Arts Commission, a model among suburban local arts agencies, is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Auburn Regional Theatre
Auburn Regional Theatre’s goal is to provide audiences with exceptional quality live theatrical productions. Develop compassion through a shared appreciation of the arts and empower people through involvement in theatre.
Breeders Theater
Breeders Theater provides live theatrical entertainment (adult humor, no profanity) in a variety of settings. Breeders Theater's goal is to make you laugh, make you think, and entertain you at a reasonable price.
Fun Fact: Breeders Theater was founded in 1999, with a benefit performance at Highline Community College, “Arctic Jack Klondike/Y?2K.” Later, we convinced our friends at E.B. Foote Winery to take a chance. Nonetheless, people continue to pay money to come see us. It must be the wine. We were also selected to perform at Bumbershoot in August 2003.
Burien Arts Commission
The City of Burien's Arts Commission promotes and nurtures the arts as an essential component of City life. The Commission focuses on development of Public Art and Arts Education while also providing annual Downtown Art Walks , Summer Outdoor Concerts , City Hall art exhibits and support for Burien's non-profit arts organizations.
Fun fact: The Commission was formed in 1998 making it one of the newest in South King County following Burien's incorporation as a City in 1993.

Centerstage Theatre Arts Conservatory, Inc.
Centerstage Theatre provides the Puget Sound area with magnificent Live Theatre from Great Classics to Lighthearted Comedy. Attending a live performance will excite the imagination while bringing friends and family together.
Fun fact: Centerstage’s first performance theatre opened in 1977 with a 50-seat theatre in the Group Health facility in Federal Way.
Enumclaw Parks Rec. & Cultural Services
The City of Enumclaw coordinates, promotes, and supports literary, visual, and performing artists and events, both amateur and professional
Fun fact: There are more artists in Enumclaw than any other city its size.
Events on The Edge, Inc.
Events on The Edge Productions formed in 2000 as an interactive theater & production company producing original interactive comedy theater shows for both the general public and customized versions of their shows for corporate clients. Current monthly dinner theater shows include interactive murder mysteries aboard Argosy Cruises and FUH-GEDDABOUDIT! An Interactive Mafia Musical! at Maggiano's Little Italy in Bellevue. Their latest creation, an interactive musical called 'Caffeine! An Addictive Musical' also plays monthly at the Mainstage Comedy & Music Club.
Federal Way Coalition of Performing Arts
A non-profit umbrella organization of eight performing arts groups formed in 1989. FWCPA’s main purpose it to work toward a large (1,000 seat) performance hall in Federal Way. The coalition also presents at least one concert a year.
Fun fact: Represents over 300 performers.
The Hi-liners Inc
The Hi-Liners Inc is a Youth Theater program dedicated to teaching and advancing the performing arts for the young people of South King County. We have been putting kids DownStage Center since 1966.
Kent Arts Commission
The Spotlight Series features performances by regional, national and international touring artists in a variety of genres. The schedule features 15 performances on three stages. The Summer Concert Series presents live, FREE! performances in Kent's beautiful parks. Performances for kids are held Wednesdays and Thursdays. Music for adults and families is featured on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Fun fact: Artists for the 2004-2005 Spotlight season include The Actor’s Gang, Second City, Al Stewart, Wylie and the Wild West, Keola Beamer, Daredevil Opera Company, Spectrum Dance Theater, Arlo Guthrie and Comedy Pet Theatre.
Kent Civic and Performing Arts Center
KCPAC is a non-profit organization supporting the performing arts in the greater Kent area with the goal of building a facility serving South King County with regional, local and international programs.
Fun fact: KCPA builds support for the arts by sponsoring events. For five summers we partnered with Kent School District and many civic sponsors to produce teen musicals. All profits went to college scholarships with over $39,000 awarded. The "At the Ridge Theatre" is continuing to produce a summer musical and a musical theatre camp at Kentridge High School under the direction of Jennifer Grajewski and awards all profits in scholarships.
Kent School District No. 415
The Kent School District services students from Kent, Covington, Black Diamond, and Renton. With 40 schools there are various concerts theatrical productions and presentations throughout the year.
Knutzen Family Theatre
The Knutzen Family Theatre is a 234-seat state-of-the art performing arts center that provides the community with a quality facility that presents affordable arts and cultural experiences in a unique and beautiful setting.

Tukwila Arts Commission
The five-member City of Tukwila Arts Commission encourages and aids programs for the cultural enrichment of the Tukwila community. Sponsored programs include the Commission's Annual Art Show & Competition and support of the Community Actors' Summer Theater in Tukwila (C.A.S.T.T.). The Commission is empowered to advise and recommend public art purchases to the Mayor and City Council.
Fun fact:: The Art Commission will assist the City in its 2008 Centennial Celebration with the presentation of a significant art piece!
