Lantern-o-Rama - a free class on Wednesday, September 1, from 6-9 PM. This is for anyone who wants to help out with the Arts-A-Glow Lantern Festival in Burien on 9/18. You will learn how to make four different kinds of lantern styles at the workshop and keep all the lanterns you make. Ages 13-adult. At Moshier Community Art Center, 430 S 156th in Burien. Burien Little Theatre

We're looking for a volunteer carpenter to build sets for BLT's 2010-11 season. The first show opens on September 24 and the last show closes on May 1. We're also looking for volunteer seamstresses or costume builders for our fall show, "Reefer Madness the Musical." Work will begin soon and end before the show opens on September 24, 2010.
